1 oz Absinthe
2 spoonfuls of raspberry purée
0.5 oz peach schnapps
Dash of Gomme syrup and orange juice
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass
●Absinthe Curacao Frappe
1 oz Absinthe
0.5 oz Curacao
Splash of lemon juice and orange juice
1 thin slice orange
Stir and pour over crushed ice in a deep-saucer champagne glass
●Absinthe Flip
0.5 oz Absinthe
0.5 oz Cointreau
Dash of lemon juice
1 small egg
Half a spoonful sugar
Grated nutmeg
Shake ingredients well with ice
Strain into a pre-chilled glass.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top
●Absinthe Pit (跳過)
1 oz apricot brandy
1 oz apple brandy
0.5 oz absinthe
Shake ingredients well with ice
Strain into a pre-chilled glass.
●Absinthe Suisse (跳過...)
1.5 oz Pernod
2 drops of absinthe
2 drops of orange-flower water
Splash with Creme de Menthe
1 egg white
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
●Bitch on Wheels
2 oz gin
0.5 oz vermouth
0.5 oz Whute Creme de Menthe
1 dash of absinthe
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
●Bloody Brain or Brain Hemorrhage腦出血(註1)
0.5 oz Amaretto
1 oz absinthe
Dash of Grenadine
0.5 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
Pour Amaretto first, then dribble absinthe down inside edge of the glass with a spoon.
Layering it on top of Amaretto, slowly pour Bailey's on top(use a spoon), letting it curl into a cloud on top of Amaretto.
Sprinkle a couple of drops of Grenadine on top.
It should look lika a brain floating in formaldehyde.........

1 oz Absinthe
Champagne to top off
Pour absinthe into a champagne flute and swirl it around to coat the sides.
Slowly pour the champagne to fill the glass.
●Earthquake cocktail
1 oz gin
1 oz Bourbon
0.75 oz absinthe
Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass
●4th Estate cocktail (跳過)
0.33 oz French Vermouth
0.33 oz Italian Vermouth
0.33 oz gin
4 dashes absinthe
Layer in a shot glass
●Hemingway Revolution
1 oz absinthe
1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
0.5 oz Fraise
0.5 oz Creme de Cassis
Dash of Cranberry juice
Serve in Martini glass with a sugared rim
●Hemingway's Dream
1 oz Absinthe
0.5 oz lemon juice
3 cubes sugar
9 mint leaves
Shake and strain into a martini/cocktail glass
●Honeydew (也許不錯但是要用果汁機)
1 oz gin
0.5 oz lemon juice
Dash of absinthe
2 oz (50g) honeydew melon, diced
3~4 cracked ice cubes
Champagne to top off
Place the gin, lemon juice, absinthe, and melon in a blender for 30 sec.
Pour into a large wine glass, top off with champagne
●Neptune's Descent
1.5 oz gin
1 oz vermouth
dash of orange bitters
dash of absinthe
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass
●Ladies cocktail (跳過)
1.5 oz Calvert Extra
2 dashes of absinthe
3 dashes of Anisette
1 dash bitters
Stir well with ice. Strain into glass.
Serve with a piece of pineapple on top
●L'Aird of Summer Isle
3 oz pineapple juice
1.5 oz Scotch Whisky
0.5 oz absinthe
Shake and strain into a tall glass
●Starry Night (註2)
2.5 oz Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
0.5 oz Lucid Absinthe
0.5 oz simple mixing syrup
Crushed chocolate cookie on moistened rim of glass
Garnish with a small scrape of Chinese star anise(八角)
In an ice filled shaker, add vodka, absinthe and mixing syrup.
Shake well and strain into the chocolate cookie crumb-rimmed martini glass
Add the scrape Chinese star anise lightly on top
●Vinyl Sunset
1 oz absinthe
0.5 oz Cassis
Splash of lime
Build over ice, top off with soda or lemonade
●Voodoo Pigalle (跳過)
2 oz absinthe
0.5 oz Midori
0.5 oz green Chartreuse
Dash of Gomme syrup
Splash of lemon juice
Shake and serve
●Whisky Daisy (註3)
Crushed ice
1 egg white (optional)
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz Scotch Whisky
0.5 oz absinthe
2 dashes of Grenadine
Soda water to top off
Place ice into a cocktail shaker, add egg white, lemon juice, whisky, absinthe, and grenadine.
Shake to mix. Pour into a tumbler, top off with soda water, and decorate with lemon rind.

Pour half a shot of Peach Schnapps, then half a shot of Irish Cream.
Finally, slowly drop a little grenadine into the glass over the back of a warm spoon.

2~3 oz Red Bull® energy drink
Pour half a shot of Jager with half a shot of Goldshlager into a shot glass and drop it into half a can of red bull and chug.
